Wow, time sure fly's when you're having fun.
It is now 21 december, 2014 and we're almost ticking over into 2015.
Not a heck of a lot has happened since I last updated my blog but I sure am not missing the cold days & nights, that's for sure!!:)
I will have to begin blogging on a regular basis as from today so, see you tomorrow morning, Omg it is almost Xmas and the WM tells me it will top 25C today so that's one good thing anyways!!:)

Hey, I'm a 60 year old multiple sclerosis sufferer. Have had this insidious disease since 1984 and have learned to "sort of" live with it. This has been a difficult journey but a very interesting one, at that!!:)I maintain my present health through the use of a self formulated diet & exercise regimen which includes lots of fruit & vegetables, a variety of wholegrain breads (the odd cream bun!), lets face it, I love my food, I'd simply couldn't do without it (so that's dieting out for me, lol!!:))
